Full Description

Over the years, many words have been used to describe yoga, sound healing, or the inner dance process itself - what it is and what it isn't.

To put into form the formlessness of consciousness as it speaks to us and through us is often indescribable, but is also quite different for everyone.

To further bring words to this process is a co-creative dialogue with the infinite.

The process starts with the participant's ability to trust.

Trust first starts as soon as one commits to being present with him/herself, in the moment, just as it is happening - needing nothing more from it, and expecting nothing of it.

When a participant is invited to a yoga posture, to sit or to lay down and close his/her eyes, the journey inwards might then begin.

Through the use of sound, movements, music, incense, and facilitated touch, metacognitive spaces of intuition and insight expand the perceptive fields of the mind to include greater aspects of consciousness and the Whole.

In a meditative state, deepening through this cognitive expansion into dream states, similar to those activated during sleep cycles and REM states, a participant can consciously experience that which is often enclosed or hidden within the realms of the subconscious and unconscious mind.

Who is this retreat for?

As a tool, yoga & sound healing assists those who are ready and willing to experience themselves more fully, more openly, and with a free spirit.

There is no right or wrong, no good or bad. Yoga is unity, love and acceptance.

If this is trusted, fear models, old patterns of conditioned response, triggers, traumas, and avoidance cycles might all have the potential to be seen for what they are and then released as a greater purpose for life, or an inspiration towards deeper motivation and collective essence.

You can arrive at clarity and vision.

We begin to remember who and what we are as more than just individuals or humans alone.

Aspects of the Whole connect and speak through the essence life on this planet, the essence of life itself.

When a participant is truly willing to trust him/herself in this process, the journey potentially continues to unfold conventional versions of reality and limitation, far after the session itself has ended.

The only limiting factor to how deeply a person might connect, how much of the infinite s/he might experience, or how profound the healing might be, is held within that person's body and mind.

When we learn to unlearn that which is the conditioning and that which is truly real, we begin to re-remember the truths of our existence. Are you willing to let go and trust the process?

We will enjoy vegetarian cuisine on our weekend retreat. Expect a typical breakfast of fruits, yogurt, and cereals.

Lunch and dinner will consist of a variety of salads, fresh vegetables, and rice.

Mukti lived in the foothills of the Himalayas, Nepal, for 11 years, where she had deepened her practice in Buddhism and meditation traditions.

Afterwards, she headed to the Philipines, where she lived in the spiritual community of Bahay Kalipay, in Palawan.

Specialized in meditation, yoga, bio-psychology, bio-energetic, sound healing, Mukti is a resident teacher at the Energy School and guides retreats and transformational workshops, seminars and private sessions at the School.

Mukti reminds us that the only moment we have in which to live our lives is now.

It is now that we can savor our joys, heal our wounds, engage in meaningful work, face our fears, and celebrate our miraculous gifts of life and love.

After more than a decade of deep self work, with lots of experience in Vipassana meditation, Tom Wood Fin coaches clients in Energy Psychology, working with emotional processing and holding workshops around South East Asia and Europe, especially working with Silence processing, Non-Violent Communication, EFT tapping, and inner dance breathwork.

Recently, in June and September 2017, Tom held workshops in Being Festival, in Portugal and Sound and Silence Festival, in Greece, where more than 300 people attended his workshops.

Inner Dance sessions will be a transformative self-awakening process that organically leads anyone in surrender towards authentic and meaningful Existence.

The schedule may also include an outdoor activity, in the mountains with beautiful nature and surroundings, according to the weather conditions.
